League Results 2020/21 Season

Here are the results of the league run on the entries to our monthly competitions during the September 2020 to May 2021 Season.
As you may know our Club is divided into 3 categories, Novice (those new to photography), Intermediate (those who understand the basics of photography, exposure, composition and so on) and Advanced (those Members who have attained a Distinction from the Irish Photographic Federation (or equivalent organisation, such as the Royal Photographic Society in the UK).
Furthermore in the last season we had 3 types of Competition, Colour Images (on even months) and both Mono Images and Projected Images on the alternate months.
The reason for Mono Images and Projected Images arises from the times - pre COVID-19 - where we had Mono Prints Competition and Projected Images Competitions on the same night, as the entries of Mono Prints were quite few and didn't justify bringing a judge to our meeting place on Competition night. To encourage members to enter more images we then included Projected Images Competition to be held on the same night.
As it looks like we will not be meeting face to face for the foreseeable future, it is proposed that in this new season (September 2021 to May 2022) we will have just 2 categories - Colour Images Competition one month, and Mono Images Competition on the alternate months.  This is subject to the Members agreeing to this proposal at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 September 2021.
So, below are the results of the 3 categories from last Season, which are based on the 6 top scoring images from any Member in their category and Grade.
